To ensure a seamless experience for all parties, please review our Terms of Service for renting handmade ceramics:

1. Rental Period

The standard rental period is up to 3 days, including delivery and return. Extended rental periods may be arranged upon request and may incur additional fees.

2. Deposit and Payment

A refundable deposit will be required upon confirmation of your rental. The deposit will cover any damages or losses incurred during the rental period. Final pricing will be provided upon request and must be paid in full before delivery.

3. Delivery and Return

Delivery and return logistics are arranged based on the client’s location and event schedule. Fees for delivery and collection will be calculated separately. Clients may also opt for self-pickup and return from our studio at Groharjeva 2, Ljubljana.

4. Care and Responsibility

All rented ceramics must be handled with care. Please avoid using abrasive cleaning methods and follow any specific care instructions provided upon delivery. Any damage, breakage, or loss of items during the rental period will be assessed, and the replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the rental start date may forfeit the deposit.

6. Liability

FOH Studio is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of rented ceramics. By renting our products, the client agrees to these terms.
